Jennifer Jones is one of our virtual assistants working for us from Sherwood, Arkansas. Born and raised in Fort Smith, Arkansas, Jennifer moved to Jonesboro in 1994 and worked for a local church as a ministry assistant. Jennifer and Ann met in 1995 and quickly became the best of friends. In 1999, both moved away from Jonesboro, but remained close friends. Jennifer and her husband, Jon Paul, were married in December of 1999. Jennifer continued to work as an assistant until 2002, when her first child, Rachel, was born. Another child, Rebekah, blessed her family in 2005. In 2007, Jennifer joined our team as a virtual assistant and working from home is the perfect job for her. It allows her to remain close and available to her children, but gives her something to do to help earn some extra money for her family. Rachel is now in kindergarten and Rebekah will soon be three years old. Jennifer enjoys scrapbooking, reading, playing her Nintendo DS and Wii, and spending time with her family. Currently, they are in the process of building a brand new home in Cabot, Arkansas. They hope to move in June of 2008. | |

Financing Your Home >Credit Card Mania
Most people know that a checkered credit history can disqualify you for a home loan, and maxed-out credit cards can do the same thing. But what most people don't know is that merely having a large number of credit cards, even with low balances and a history of timely payments, can disqualify you for a home mortgage loan just as quickly.
According to credit experts, having a number of credit cards can be just as detrimental to the granting of further credit as a history of late payments. Lenders look at it this way: If you have ten credit cards, each with a limit of $5,000, that means you have the potential to run up $50,000 in debt virtually any time you choose. That mere possibility makes you a greater risk, from their point of view.
The moral of the story? If you are planning to apply for a home loan in the future, keep only those credit cards you actually need to use and cancel the others.
